My professional accomplishments for this past years has been much greater than expected.  Being recognized by RE/MAX of New England as one of the "Top 25 agents in NEW ENGLAND" for 2002, a top NH agent in 2003 and Award winner for 2002, 2003 & 2004 & 2005 & 2006  receiving the "Platinum Club" award and now in the "RE/MAX Hall of Fame.   All this recognition has been truly satisfying.  Thank you to all those who had faith in my abilities and gratitude for my services.  

As full time professional since 1988 the real estate industry; knowledge of mortgage & financing options;  aggressive marketing for my clients; continuing education team to keep abreast of what's up-and-coming and to stay "fresh";  being in tune with the latest technology and having "Preferred Broker Status" with mortgage and title companies allows me to help you find the right house or sell your home  and make your real estate transaction a wonderful experience.

Lee Ann is a Manchester resident, wife and mother of two.  Having been a teacher in the Manchester School System for several years her people skills are what's necessary to be a success in this service oriented business.   An added bonus that she is also bi-linqual, speaking French fluently. 

She's already off to a great start as her circle of friends, family and former co-workers who have great faith in her skills.   With great attention to detail and a cheerful and compassionate nature she's a very easy person to trust and work with and a welcome addition to my office.

     Our experience extends to new construction having successfully market many subdivisions.  Although the majority of home buyers are in the market for single family homes our experience also extends to residential multi-family investment properties.   It's important to know the numbers and how they work for YOU.
