18 are free. Free to the public on Saturdays from 10-1. Elegant showcase
for European and American paintings and sculpture dating from the Renaissance
to the present, including works by Monet, Matisse, O'Keeffe , Picasso
and others. Also features a collection of American decorative arts from
colonial times to the present, and scheduled tours of the Zimmerman
House, a home designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.
Chapel Art Center

Franco-American Centre

Free. Ongoing exhibits in our small but intimate gallery showcasing
the works of French and Francophone artists. Leading source of information
about French culture, heritage and history in North America. French
language courses, films, and Annual Bastille Day event.

Zimmerman House by Frank Lloyd Wright

Gallery of Art. Hours: Call for times. Admission: $7 adults, $5 seniors
and students; in-depth tours, $12 adults, $9 seniors and students, $7
members. The Zimmerman House was designed in 1950 by well-known American
architect Frank Lloyd Wright and is listed on the National Register
of Historic Places. The house is one of only five Wright homes in the
Northeast and the only Wright-designed residence open to the public
in New England. Epitomizing the architect's vision of form in harmony
with landscape, the house contains furniture, textiles and gardens designed
by Wright.
